Fitness Instructor Katie and her eldest son Michael have travelled the world together, but the seaside town of Paphos in Cyprus is the one place they’ve both fallen in love with. Now Katie has decided to buy her very own holiday home there that the whole family can enjoy, and where she can escape the cold winters. For their £80,000 budget, Jean Johansson has come up with five great options to show them, but will any of them hit the mark?
About the area

Paphos town has a lively, modern atmosphere; whilst still retaining the historical, old-world charm that make it an UNESCO world heritage site. Bars and restaurants, sit alongside ancient monuments, including Paphos Castle, which dates back to the thirteenth century and once served as a fortress. Strolling along Paphos’ glamourous harbour, you can sample delicious local seafood that has been drawing tourists here for decades.
