Jasmine Harman is house hunting around the coastal town of Corralejo on Fuerteventura with married couple of 25 years, Marion and Tracey. They’d ideally love a holiday home near the coast with sea views, which also has 3 bedrooms so they can also enjoy getaways with their two grown- up daughters. With an initial budget of £120,000 they’re hoping Jasmine can find them perfection, and she’s stepping up to the mark with five great options, but will any turn out to be their dream property?
About the area
Once a traditional fishing village, Corralejo has grown to be one of the two main tourist towns on the island. It’s a very lively area, with sandy beaches and crystal clear waters which are particularly popular with surfers. Surrounded by volcanic landscapes and famous for its Natural Park with stunning sand dunes, Corralejo has a lot to offer holiday makers and residents alike; around 45% of the total population are ex-pats, mainly Italians, Brits and Germans.
