With just over two weeks to go until A Place in the Sun Live, Europe’s largest overseas property exhibition, we’re thrilled to announce the list of exhibitors that’ll be joining us at the NEC Birmingham for the three-day event.
A combination of estate agents, mortgage, legal, tax and removals specialists, plus more, will be ready and waiting to answer your questions regarding the buying and selling of overseas property in a range of countries worldwide.
As well as exhibiting at the show, we’ve invited several individuals from companies for in-depth panel discussions and Q&As around the venue, with the intention of providing our visitors with key information on what, where and how to buy abroad efficiently and how to avoid the common pitfalls. This includes The Hub, French Village, Florida Pavilion and an additional seminar theatre.
As well to these talks, we’re always looking for new ways for our exhibitors to provide valuable information that caters to our visitors’ purchasing needs and requirements, which you can expect one again at the NEC Birmingham.
With Spanish new-build properties steadily increasing in popularity with the UK market, estate agents Medland Spain will be expanding their regular size stand to make way for their own Developer Village – featuring eight individual developers, who’ll be offering their expertise at the NEC Birmingham.
Here, attendees will be able to gain further information on the best areas in Spain to purchase a new-build, hear about upcoming projects and find out about the advantages of new-builds, quotes Roy Howitt from Medland Spain.
“The idea of the village is simple. We wanted to offer visitors the opportunity to engage with our developers directly, to be able to ask those burning questions about the locations, the properties and their future development plans. We’ve carefully selected eight different developers that cover the Costa Blanca north, the Mar Menor and Almeria (covering 450km in total) and represent a range of properties from entry-level apartments to luxury villas”.
As always, Spain will be well presented at A Place in the Sun Live, but not just from a property perspective, but everything else post-purchase. Mark Rawlings, from the agent Your Dream Home, will be just one of our many exhibitors on hand to discuss all things Espanyol.
“We’re launching a new concept this year so we can share our team’s vast knowledge of owning a property in Spain – whether it’s for holidays or living there permanently. For the NEC we’ll be bringing local Spaniards to our stands, as well as legal experts, developers and a rental team to provide impartial information to A Place in the Sun Live visitors, as well as some of those culinary Spanish delights.
