Sangria Properties started at the beginning of 2004 in response to the rapidly growing foreign property owners market. In association with one of the largest property companies in the area, we were asked to set up business initially dealing exclusively with property management and holiday rentals in response to their clients’ needs however, we also welcomed owners from all over the Orihuela Costa and beyond. Very quickly we received many requests from people desperate for long term rentals and it became apparent that, of the few companies in the area offering rental services, very few offered long term rental properties. Having spoken to our owners, many expressed interest in embracing this market and we soon became the main provider to this market. As our business base grew so did our services which soon extended to the sales market gaining many happy customers that have either purchased or sold with us and then sent us many new clients by way of recommendation. Over the years our ethos has remained the same. To provide a quality service to all of our clients whatever their requirements, complete honesty at all times, good advice and build good relations.
