2024 and we are celebrating our 38th year of ongoing service in Mojácar, Costa del Almeria, Andalusia, and were the first British professionally qualified estate agents to establish offices in the area. We first opened our doors in 1986 from rented offices, next to the Santander Bank, on Mojacar Playa, before moving to our own present frontline premises in 1996 where it has become a major landmark.
