The overseas property market
We’ve seen property markets calm down in 2023, after the post-Covid bubble when prices increased by 10-15% across many locations. But now that froth is coming off – with predictions of rises sub 5% in Spain and France less significant than the -2% predicted by Zoopla for the UK’s market in 2024.
