In a follow up to our survey in June, we asked prospective house hunters about how they were feeling about their plans to buy a permanent home or holiday home overseas in light of the coronavirus pandemic. More than 6,000 house hunters filled out our survey, and just five per cent said that they’d decided not to buy abroad as a result of the current climate. In fact, despite the effects of COVID-19 this year, 35 per cent of property hunters haven’t changed their plans at all, and another 14 per cent are more motivated than ever before to get abroad and purchase a property!
