Or does your French townhouse need to be within close proximity to local shops and restaurants? Equally, are there traits you wish to avoid, such as being located next to the main road or an airport? We thought so.
That’s why we’ve introduced keywords to our search toolbar on aplaceinthesun.com, which is designed to give you greater flexibility in your property search whilst saving you valuable time by not looking at results that aren't right for you.
So how does it work? To use keywords all you need to do is choose your destination, budget, and bedrooms (if relevant) and then select 'more filters'. This will then allow you to then stipulate your keywords in the bottom field. Below are some examples.

A few pointers...
Use AND for more than one keyword, such as pool AND beach.
Use quotation markets (") for exact phrase matches, such as "close to the beach".
Use a minus sign (-) to exclude keywords, such as -beach if you don't want to view properties that are near to the beach
