A Place in the Sun Live at Olympia London over the weekend was a huge success bringing in 7,814 people eager to find out more about buying an overseas property.
This is a record breaking attendance for the second time this year and a staggering 26% higher than the numbers at Olympia London last year.
Visitors attended in their thousands in search of expert advice and their very own place in the sun. Throughout the weekend The Hub was packed out as people queued to hear from TV presenters Jonnie and Amanda who gave the lowdown on purchasing overseas property as well as our panel of overseas experts who were handing out top tips and answering questions.
There was also a surprise visit from entrepreneur and Dragons' Den star Duncan Bannatyne who owns and enjoys a home on the Algarve in Portugal. The French Village and Italian, Portuguese and Florida Pavilions were also jam-packed with guest attending to hear the seminars and visit the agents showcasing fantastic properties.
As well as the seminars and celebrity visits there were 130 exhibitors including agents, developers and specialists all busy giving visitors advice and presenting thousands of beautiful properties from around the world.
