A brand new series of A Place in the Sun: Home or Away starts on Monday the 1st October at 11am on Channel 4, kicking off with a Suffolk couple who can't decide whether to up sticks to Valencia in Spain or invest in a holiday home in the Derbyshire countryside.
Later in the week we'll be off to the Languedoc region of France and house-hunting along the Algarve.
