Cyprus Retreats today announced that its two resorts Akamas and Alexandria have affiliated with RCI, the global leader in vacation exchange and part of the Wyndham Worldwide family of brands.
The two resorts are comprised of villa-style units and are available to purchase as whole ownership or fractional properties in half, quarter, twelfth and twenty-fourth fraction options. Affiliating with RCI also means that owners can now enjoy access to more than 4,000 resorts worldwide through the exchange company's global portfolio of affiliated properties.
Akamas Resort is ideally located in one of the most unspoilt areas of Cyprus, near the Akamas Peninsula—a World Heritage site—but close to the beach and a variety of amenities and facilities. Prices for fractional ownership at the resort start at €27,500 for a two-week fractional option. Alexandria resort is a gated community of detached and semi-detached villas, all with private pools available to buy on a whole ownership or fractional basis, with prices starting from €15,000..
Each villa is built over two levels and features three bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and a private garden with heated pool. The villas are fully serviced – including a cleaning and linen service – and additional facilities include a patio dining area with barbeque deck, satellite TV and discounts at nearby bars and restaurants.
