To the left of the inner hallway is the downstairs double bedroom. The stairs to the first floor run off the hallway and are lit from the skylight to the top of the staircase. Off the upstairs hallway is a door that leads to a large side balcony. This is a fabulous spot to sit and watch the sun go down over the village in the evenings or just a quiet area to enjoy some sunbathing and relax.

The main double bedroom has patio doors that open onto a private balcony that wraps from the side around to the front, making this a quiet area to enjoy at any time of the day. There are built in wardrobes and a radiator. The ensuite bathroom has been beautifully appointed and features a walk in rain shower, sink set into a vanity unit and a W.C. There are two feature windows to the side and the bathroom is fully tiled.

The third bedroom has built in wardrobes, patio doors that open onto a small balcony that looks to the side. The ensuite is a very good size and incorporates a double storage cupboards along with a rain shower, pedestal sink, W.C., bidet and heated towel rail. The bathroom is fully tiled.
Outside
There are several patios directly adjacent to each of the rooms in this villa as well as a large balcony to the side. In addition to the front is a garden area that is planted with very easy to maintain plants and shrubs.

There is parking to the side in addition to an allocated space to the back of the condominium.
Location
The stunning Foz do Arelho beach and Óbidos Lagoon are only a short walk from the property. The beach area is lined with a selection of cafés and restaurants. On one side there is the ruggedness of the Atlantic Ocean and on the other the safety of the Óbidos Lagoon, making this a safe beach for families to enjoy. There are many outdoor activities carried out here including windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and other water sport activities. There is also a sailing school where you can take lessons and rent equipment. The village of Foz do Arelho has several mini-markets, cafés, restaurants, a bank, hotels, and one of the most scenic and beautiful beaches in the area.

The town of Caldas da Rainha is a 15 minute drive. Caldas is a lovely town that is large enough to provide all you need while still maintaining a welcoming and vibrant community feel. In Caldas there are an unending array of cafés and restaurants, catering to every taste, including vegan, gluten free and other dietary preferences. Caldas has hotels, shopping centres, cultural centres, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, doctors, dentists, two hospitals, schools for every level. There is also a fabulous centre park where there is usually some form of entertainment taking place. There are often art displays here; once a month there is a fabulous outdoor antiques and flea market that stretches throughout the entire park and makes for a great day out. There is a duck pond in the park where you can rent boats and there is also a children’s play area.

There is a daily fruit and vegetable market in Caldas where you can buy wonderful and fresh local produce as well as fresh baked bread, cheeses, pulses, beans, nuts, dried fruit, beautiful and colourful fresh flowers, baskets and many other local artisan products. There are several cafes directly off the market to enjoy a relaxing coffee while picking up your produce. A Monday market covers a huge area and at this market you can expect to be able to find pretty much anything for the home or garden.

Lisbon and Lisbon Airport are approximately one hour away. A regular bus service runs from Caldas da Rainha to Lisbon. The high speed trains run from Lisbon down to the Algarve.
