Vamvakopoulo – Chania
In a beautiful and picturesque part of the area, in a neighborhood called ‘Metochi Kara Ali’ an area which has been declared as a historical monument, due to its architectural interest, for sale an old stone-built residence pre-existing in 1955, with total area of 196,63m2, on a plot with area of 125,26m2.
The residence, which needs restoration, is developed in three adjacent stone-built buildings, of one and two levels, which communicate with each other, plus auxiliary spaces.
