The village of Krousonas, is at the foot of Mountain Ida, or Psiloritis, houses the Monastery of Agia Irini of Krousonas, which now operates as a nunnery. It dates back to at least the 16th century and offers views of the countryside.
The small Museum of Musical Instruments in Thyrathen displays Greek and Cretan instruments, while also hosting concerts and workshops. The city center is dotted with outdoor cafes and taverns.
In a central part of the village is located this house, infront of a paved road, with two entrances, one in each level.
On the first level is an open kitchen and living room with a wc, a toilette and two bedrooms with a balcony. There is also stairs that lead to the lower level, which right now is not a made space but it can be converted to a great apartment as it has its own entrance in another road.
