The land is lush, stocked with colourful plants and flowers. Many terraces offer a multitude of secluded places for relaxing and sunbathing. There are a few fruit and olive trees and room for cultivating vegetables.
 
Both properties had new insulated roofs recently fitted. Mains and solar electricity is fitted and mains water.
