You'll be just 1 minute from the Chamonix Golf Club, 2 minutes from the first gondola lift and 5 minutes from the village center.

This 320 m ² chalet respects the typical mountain architecture of Chamonix, combining larch and traditionnal stone "de pays" with a skilful blend of metal and glass to create a resolutely contemporary style.

The interiors are spacious and luminous thanks to the infinite bay windows and all-glass balustrades projecting directly onto the mythical surrounding peaks.

The chalet extends over four levels. The entrance is on the garden level, leading to two bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms and w.c., opening onto a lovely south-facing terrace. The garage and ski room complete this floor.
On the second floor, you'll enjoy a spacious living area with an open kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a beautiful fireplace, some of which opens onto a double-height ceiling. All open onto the balcony to enjoy the breathtaking view on the Mont-Blanc. An ensuite bedroom with access to the balcony and a guest toilet round off this floor.
A majestic master bedroom with bathroom, w.c. And dressing room occupies the entire upper floor, also benefits from a balcony with a view on L’Aiguille Verte and Les Drus.
Finally, the lower level features a large dormitory with shower room, a wine cellar, a wellness area with steam room, sauna, massage room, a fitness area, a cinema room, a laundry room and a technical room.

Delivery is scheduled for summer 2025. As this is a new chalet, the chalet and its finishes are freely modulable to suit your tastes and needs. On the tax side, acquisition costs are reduced and you can benefit from a 20% Vat recovery on the purchase.
