Cappella is one of the hamlets comprising San Cassiano di Controne. It is within walking distance of Santina's Trattoria, Gabriella's butcher's and the grocery store.
The area enjoys cool breezes in the hot Summers and Warmer, dry Winters. The house is accessed on foot allowing the owner to enjoy Santina's delicious food guilt-free.

The current owner uses the back door directly from the garden. The garden currently houses an underground gpl tank which is of the latest type and is common in this area where there is no town gas. The central heating is operated by an Immergas boiler which will be serviced before contract. The owner doesn't use the central heating as the house is warm enough without it.

Before buying it, the interior was restored by a local carpenter including the kitchen which is in solid chestnut wood. The ground floor is the kitchen which opens directly out to the garden. This room has original terracotta floors.

This is a true "lock up and leave" as proved by the owner having to leave it for 3 during due to Covid, coming back and finding it ready to stay in.

There are many tourist attractions within walking distance including Paintball and Quads. There are awesome walking paths and MTB trails for the outdoor types as well as the local museum and Romanic church.
