This successful hotel, situated in a beautiful valley in the heart of Asturias is very popular with walkers who come to explore nature and the Valle de Quirós. There are 3 independent buildings on a 4,000 square meter plot. The hotel building comprises 8 spacious double rooms all very well appointed and furnished with en-suite bathrooms. The original dwelling houses an old mill, today the diner with large bay windows soaking in the views of the surrounding mountains. The kitchen and 2 guest WC's are on the same level. There is a staircase to connect above with the reception, the lounge with a fireplace, a library or sitting area, also with large windows and a very well equipped bar and also another light and airy room which serves as a guest bedroom. On the upper level there is a loft style open-plan quirky self-contained apartment which currently is used as owners accommodation. On the lower part of the garden, building 3 is the Yoga Room with an adjacent Therapy room with an independent entrance to the Yoga room. There is a large lawn in front of the Yoga room suitable for multi-purpose outdoor activities.
The Location:
The hotel is nestled in the Ubiñas Park, one of the most amazing Nature Reserves that houses villages such as Lena, Quirós and Teverga. It is a mountainous territory with the Ubiña Massif standing out, featuring heights 2000 meters, with Picos del Fontán being the highest peak at 2417 meters. The fauna is represented by the main species of Asturian wildlife, with the Brown Bear and other abundant species such as the wolf, wildcat, badger, otter, roe deer, wild boar, deer, and chamois along with a variety of mustelids and rodents. Regarding birds, the capercaillie, golden eagle, Egyptian vulture, peregrine falcon, goshawk, red-legged partridge, vulture, alpine sparrow, etc., also inhabit the park. Another of the many tourist attractions in the area is La Senda del Oso, a pedestrian and cycling path that crosses the municipalities of Quirós, Santo Adriano, Proaza, and Teverga. These four municipalities make up the region known as the Valley of the Bear, as it is a refuge for one of the last populations of the Cantabrian Brown Bear, one of the three species of brown bears in Europe. In summary, a place where foreign, national, and European tourists come throughout the year to enjoy the charms of Asturias, its landscape, culture, and gastronomy.

The Valley has good roads leading to the city of Oviedo which is a 30 min drive and a short drive to the province of Leon.
