Two large doors provide access to a loggia and to the old cloister. Each room opens onto the arrival lawn through two high windows allowing great light. - The first floor comprises a long hallway leading to a large bedroom and a separate shower room on one side of the staircase and on the other side three large bedrooms with two stone windows and fireplaces, only one of which has an en-suite bathroom and another separate bathroom. The long corridor has four large double doors giving access to the arcaded gallery from which one enjoys a panoramic view of the property and the surrounding hills.
With a surface area of 45 m2, the caretaker's house includes a living room-kitchen on the ground floor and a bedroom with shower room upstairs. And the outbuildings are composed of a barn and a carport for two cars.
