The property is situated only a 5 minute drive or 13 minutes cycling (3.1kms) from the large market town of Albox where you will find all of the necessary amenities for a day to day living including several large supermarkets, 24 hour medical centre, shops, banks, pavement tapas bars and cafes, restaurants and a weekly street market on Tuesdays. The coastal resorts of Vera Playa & Mojácar Playa are just a 35-45 minute drive. The airports of Almeria and Murcia are an hour and 15 minutes drive and Alicante 2 hours. Access is via a tarmac road and double wrought iron gates open into a large gravel driveway with plenty of space to park numerous vehicles and a motor home. There is also a CAR PORT for shaded parking. On the left of the driveway there is a mature olive grove which produces your own extra virgin olive oil every year.
