Moclin is a great place to purchase an investment property due to its fabulous location and history. Granada city is only 40 minutes away and there are lots of amazing walking routes as well as the famous castle and church on the hill. Wherever you are in the town you are going to hear the church bells and at midday there’s an extended ringing of the bells.

Set over two floors and with a basement room (accessible from the street) there is a parking space at the front of the house. We think this area would be fairly easy to turn into a one bed apartment for rent.
Back off the sitting room is another section with stairs to the upper floor and three bedrooms, an old stone staircase down to the basement room, a pantry with original terracotta tiled floor, a hallway that leads to a kitchen with a decent sized bathroom off.
The outside space is a walled patio with a store room. We think it might be possible to make the roof here into a roof terrace which would then give you views to the castle and across the town towards the Sierra Nevada.
An in person viewing is highly recommended so you can see the possibilities with this house. Property in Moclin that isn’t a virtual ruin is very difficult to find now so this is a great chance to purchase something that needs less work than other houses.
