This lovely house with a large garage/workshop is located on the edge of a small village. Despite its small size, the village has a mini-market, a café, a restaurant, a garage, a post office and a primary school. There are several active associations such as a dance, language or football club and the village bar regularly organises darts or card nights. The house overlooks the village. The exterior betrays a certain lack of attention in recent years. Inside, you will be amazed by the atmosphere. The layout is classic with a corridor in the middle and rooms on either side. The ground floor consists of a semi-underground basement which also houses the oil central heating (2013) and the hot water tank. You can park your car in front of the house or in the large cinder block garage/workshop of more than 100 m². This relatively new space is equipped with an electric sliding garage door that allows vehicles to be parked inside and an elevated workshop space perfect for DIY materials or storage. Behind the house is a gravelled terrace with a pergola. The garden of about 2700m², on a slope, requires little maintenance, a lawn mower will suffice.
