Finca San Roman is actually made up of two farms.  Farm 1 has 25,000m2 of land with a store and chicken coup, a 100,000 L open water reserve plus a 150,000 L pool, used for recreation and irrigation, next to the house.  Farm 2 consists of around 11,000m2, with its own gated entrance, a 325,000L water reservoir for the water from the acequia, an irrigation management room for controlling the irrigation around the farm.  There is also an electricity line ready to supply an additonal house, which, according to the owners, the local authorities would permit.

The house, located in the centre of the property, consists of around 57m2, and is made up of a living room, kitchen/laundry room and pantry, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.  There is a large covered terrace to the front, barbecue area, and two large store rooms.
