*Well, what can I say?... probably one of the best and most energy saving houses I have had the pleasure to represent!
This energy efficient property has full insulation, underfloor heating on both levels, air conditioning, central vacuum cleaner, a thermodynamic water heater and solar panels, so the house pays for itself!
The main house has a lovely double height ceiling, a modern kitchen, a pantry and steps down to the garage. There are further spaces for the workshop, the wine cave (controlled temperature) and two further storage rooms with the central hoover system. On the first floor is the library, 2 large bedrooms, leading to the bureau and the bathroom with hidden storage.
The independant 1 bedroom annexe has been designed for wheelchair access, so no stairs and extra-wide door spaces. This would be a potential gite for holiday rentals.
And don't forget the lovely garden, well planted, with many lovely mediterranean plants. There is a summer kitchen, great patio, a car port and views...
