Its facades are rendered with a sand-colour on the courtyard side and exposed rubble stone on the garden side. The north side - the pool side, is built in the limestone ashlar which is typical of the region. The stones are dotted with small remnants of shell dating back some 65 million years. The large-paned windows are protected by grey chestnut shutters. To the west, a carriage gate opens onto an area where vehicles can be parked. A carport could also be built here.
