The first main house is a large open area spread out with various levels leading off the living room. There is a mezzanine bedroom and another bedroom leading off the living area.

There is another area which is currently being used as an office space which is located under the mezzanine bedroom. A separate kitchen, bathroom and a dining are can also be found within this living space.

The adjacent apartment is on two levels. A separate entrance on the ground floor takes you directly into the living area which has been divided into two separate spaces and a bedroom leading off this area. Upstairs is another bedroom and a bathroom as well as the kitchen, which can also be accessed via external stairs and another private door.

This property has the option of remaining as two separate homes or with a little work be converted into one large home. The owners could live in one and the other apartment could be used as a rental property. The garden is large enough to accommodate a swimming pool.

The property has air conditioning and is heated in the winter with traditional wood stoves.

Sellia is a small village in Crete, in the municipal unit of Vamos, in the regional unit of Chania. The village is located in between the towns Vamos and Georgioupolis on the Drapano Peninsula, close to the north coast of the island, in the Apokoronas region. It has a winter population of 50 and a summer population of about 150. It is divided into Upper and Lower Sellia. It is a very small, quiet rural village with many older homes and plenty of traditional Cretan charm plus views of the White Mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. The Apokoronas region, whilst being rural and still pleasantly secluded and quaint is rapidly becoming popular for its excellent walking, hiking, cycling facilities and for its striking natural beauty and year-round forest greenery. Local amenities and wider access is surprisingly easy from Sellia.

Vamos is a lively town offering year-round amenities, a 24hr health centre with ambulance service, a bank, a pharmacy, butcher, baker, patisserie, a notary office, supermarkets, restaurants/tavernas, coffee shops and a primary & High School. The seaside towns of Kalives and Almyrida are about 10- & 15-minutes’ drive away respectively.
