This beautiful spacious village house is located in a completely quiet and green street in the picturesque village of Fondón in the Guajares. The Guajares are the first valley behind the mountains by the sea and only 20 minutes from the beach of Motril.
This marvellous valley was once one of the last retreats of the Moors who were the masters of agriculture in Andalusia. The whole valley is green, even in summer the river still has water and you can find all the tropical fruits that can grow in Andalusia.
The village is characterised by its tranquillity and seclusion and yet it is not far from the town, the beach and the sea.
The streets in Fondón are narrow and everything has been beautifully restored.
The special feature of this building is that it used to be a shop.
You realise this as soon as you enter the house through its wide door. You find yourself in a large open-plan room that serves as a living-dining room. There is also an open-plan kitchen
The open staircase leads to the first floor where there are 3 spacious bedrooms and a large white bathroom with bathtub.
Of course, the house also has a roof terrace, which could easily be accessed via a glass dome, from where you have magnificent views of the valley and the green mountains.
