All the accommodation has air conditioning, the building is piped ready for central heating should this be required, and the water is heated by diesel, the most suitable for 'on demand' hot water for guests.
Currently the owners do not live on site, and several of the units are let on full season lets (May - October) but an on site owner could increase the income substantially with shorter holiday lets.
