IT'S MYSTERIOUS. Thanks to its enveloping structure in its rear area, it perfectly connects the pool, through its large terrace, with the kitchen and living room, allowing you to peacefully enjoy the summer sun, good cuisine or a moonlit night with good conversation.

Its upper floor makes it mysterious, with long white walls in its interior view (no gaps, no windows, totally smooth in its execution), this creates the curiosity in us to ask about the space that exists behind that great luminosity. However, when we look at it from the outside, we are surprised by those large windows that give it light, joy, and fun.

Its design has been inspired by the purity of the white color in an Andalusian sunrise.

VILLA DESIGNED ON TWO LEVELS. We take the street level as a reference for its description, which we will always call “LEVEL 0”, the plants that are above this level will have a sign (+) and those that are below will have a sign (-):

- LEVEL 0 Main, is distributed in: living room, kitchen, bedroom 1 with en-suite toilet, laundry room, bathroom, open terrace, terrace with pergolas, swimming pool and garage with pergolas.
- LEVEL +1 Bedrooms, is distributed in: Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom, dressing room and terrace with pergolas; Bedroom 3 with dressing room and en-suite bathroom.
- GARDEN, a garden with trees and decorative plants has been designed in the area of ??the plot that has not been built.

THE SYSTEM IS A LA CARTE. Being faithful to it, everything we offer is a starting point for clients: The design of the villa will be adjusted to the client's taste; The location of the villa and its construction will be carried out in the place and plot chosen by the client and the quality elements will be chosen by the client, for which we offer three levels of quality that, in ascending order, we call them: Gold, Platinum and Diamond.

The objective is to give the client a wide range of options in design and quality, so that they can easily create their living space with the finishing elements that they really like and that make them feel emotionally good.

This villa has been designed on a plot located in the third phase of the “Sierra Gorda” urbanization in Coín, Málaga. It is a reference and prototype for the client to choose an available plot in this urbanization or in another place that is of interest.
