Imagine being able to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of nature in Ecuras, a charming village in the Charente (nouvelle-acquitaine). In a rolling landscape that is characterized by a combination of agriculture and nature, everyone feels right at home. Small villages with local markets and here and there a beautiful church or a chateau form the backdrop. Welcome to Boisdorli, a sustainable holiday park that is being built in this green environment. The park is located on a lake and in a Natura 2000 area, because it guarantees a rich flora and fauna.

Villa no. 19 is a shell house of approx. 110M2. The house is located on a spacious plot (1217m2) on the water. The high walls of this single-storey villa emphasise the space. The house offers room for a lot of personal input and has a lot of potential. This house also has a covered terrace and a canopy for the car. With spacious 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, it is ideal for families.

In the immediate vicinity there are many opportunities for walking or cycling. A small river flows in (and out) of the lake, the banks of which form a special and protected nature park. On the golf course a stone's throw away (3 km) you can walk 18 holes and a short distance away there is even a restaurant with a Michelin star.

But there is also plenty to do in the field of cultural history. The city of Angoulême has a beautiful old town, the famous international comic book museum (The Louvre for Comics) and many good restaurants. The architectural style in the region is mainly Romanesque in nature, which gives the cities a beautiful character in an undulating landscape.

The region is known for its production of delicacies, such as truffles, walnuts, cheese, and (bergerac wine). The beautiful markets where you can taste and buy all these local products reflect this.
To complete the atmosphere in your home, you can also find all kinds of nice antique and flea shops in the area with a wide range.

But above all, this place offers peace and nature. The house is located on the border of the Dordogne, the Limousin and the Charente and here many winding rivers flow through valleys with vast meadows and forests on their way to the Atlantic Ocean (about 2 hours drive). In the immediate vicinity there are many lakes where you can fish, canoe or swim.

The holiday park, which will be built in 2024, will be very spacious and green (18 relatively small wooden houses on 10,000 m2). Before construction, extra trees will be planted, so that the houses will have a lot of privacy. The new houses will have a sustainable character, but will exude quality. This is not a park with mobile homes, but beautiful houses with extra attention to biodiversity and a natural look.

The advantage of this new development is that your villa can be taken care of (management and maintenance is possible) and that facilities are added that increase comfort and use.
