In a peaceful traditional area of Peroulades, just a short drive from the centre of Sidari and in walking distance to Loggas beach and Cape Drastis, this pretty house has a lot to offer.
Suitable for year round occupation, or just a holiday bolt-hole, the present owners have taken care to maintain the house to a high standard.
A few steps lead up to a covered porchway, and from here into the kitchen. Fully fitted with wooden cupboards, the kitchen overlooks the garden and the view of the village beyond.
From the kitchen into the sitting room which is large, with plenty of space for a dining table, and sofas arranged around the open fireplace. Patio windows allow plenty of light to flood in and open out onto the balcony, the perfect spot to sit and watch the sun set.
Stairs from the sitting room lead down to one bedrooms and one single room, one with a patio window leading outside and a bathroom.
Outside there is plenty of space to sit and enjoy the village atmosphere. One level has been paved for ease of maintenance, and some steps lead down to the garden, with lots of fruit trees. This would be an ideal spot for a vegetable garden!
Parking is nearby, and the facilities in Peroulades village are within walking distance.
