In the traditional village of Katavolos, a short drive up from Nisaki, this old stone house is part of a terrace of other similar properties.
The present owners have taken a lot of care to renovate it and retain its original features and character as far as possible. With stone features and exposed beams, the cottage has lots of atmosphere.
A paved entrance leads down to the front door, which opens into a room currently used as a bedroom. A couple of steps leads up to a larger bedroom.
The lower floor is reached by a spiral staircase into a hallway, with a shower room at the back and a kitchen/living room at the front. The kitchen leads out to a paved terrace, a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the superb view.
There is also some extra land below the terrace, ideal for a garden.
