Additionally, there is a storage unit that houses the hot water boiler. Stairs then lead up to a lovely private terrace that offers views across the olive groves behind.
To access the first floor of the property, you'll need to take the staircase from the hallway. This floor comprises two generously sized double bedrooms, one front-facing and the other rear-facing, as well as a large family bathroom.
Ventas is located in the heart of olive country within the Jaen province of Andalucia, a small but friendly village with three bars and a supermarket, along with regular bus services to the larger surrounding towns of Alcala La Real and Alcaudete. Granada and its international airport are less than 40 minutes away, while Malaga is under one hour and forty minutes away.
