The complex which is built in 2004 consists of three (3) buildings (A, B, C) of which:

-Building (A) consists of four (4) studios with a total area of 134.4 m2.
Of which 2 on the ground floor with total surface 70.07m2 and 2 on the first floor with total surface 64.33m2.
All studios are one-room and have traditional wooden floors, a ceiling with reed lining in the traditional island style and frames with high quality wood (iroko). They also have a fully equipped kitchenette with mini fridge and cooking hobs. They also have a private toilet with tiled walls and a shower. Each room has a flat-screen LCD TV, individually controlled A / C unit and an electric hot water heater.
Also in this building there is a water collector large enough to cover the water supply needs of the complex during the summer months when the water supply from the Municipality is lacking in total volume of about 130 m3.
Finally there is an accessible terrace (roof) of 64.33m2 with stunning views that can be further exploited.

-The buildings (B&C) consist of two (2) windmills with an area of 56.52m2 each. Of which 28.26m2 on the ground floor with a living room with built-in sofa, kitchenette fully equipped with mini fridge and cooking hobs and bathroom with tiled walls and shower. There is also a stone staircase leading to the first floor (28.26m2) where there is a fairly spacious bedroom with wooden floor, a large closet with storage space and a ceiling lined with reeds.
Each windmill has a flat LCD TV, individually controlled A / C unit as well as an electric water heater for hot water.
On the side each mill has a pergola with outdoor furniture with unrestricted sea views.
The difference is that Building (C) at the base of the windmill has another ready apartment for living with a total area of 83.67m2 which consists of a very spacious bedroom with double bed and storage space, living room with two sofa beds, fully equipped kitchen and toilet with shower, while the building (B) has at its base a total area of 77.41 m2 which is used as storage space but also as laundry and ironing rooms.

 - Finally, in the complex there is a common use storage space of 9.30m2 between the B & C buildings , a common use green space (K.X 2) of 135.66m2 and a common sewer.
