Located in Antigua’s rainforest in a delightful village setting close to an historic church, the house is constructed from the hard woods Greenheart and Purpleheart which have been used almost exclusively throughout. All doors and windows are also of solid wood.
Views are over the hills and valleys of the west side of the island.
The accommodation comprises a living room with kitchen annex and a separate wet room/bathroom. There is double bedroom with extensive storage plus a ladder staircase leads to the first floor where there is an under eaves double bedroom. A large veranda extends around two sides of the house and there is a lower level utility room.
The garden extends to about 0.81 of an acre and contains a large variety of native and imported trees and bushes. There is ample room for constructing an additional property.
In one direction, Jolly Harbour is about fifteen minutes drive and English Harbour is about fifteen minutes in the other direction. St. John’s, Antigua’s capital city is about 30 minutes drive as is the international airport.
