Here we would remove the current studded wall and enlarge the bathroom space by a few metres. This would give enough space for shower, toilet and sink.

Kitchen – 9 sqm

The kitchen’s light source is via a window. Large enough for a modest kitchen, with all the usual kitchen appliances.

1st room – 18 sqm
