The ground level comprises two comfortable double bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, a storeroom, and a lobby. This level also features a sheltered courtyard with built-in seating, perfect for relaxation and summer entertaining.

The upper level, connected by an interior wooden staircase, includes an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with an old marble sink, a dining area, an authentic fireplace, and a bright living area.
