It has an outdoor space with slate flooring, an attached barbecue and wood oven, kitchen counter, and balcony with beautiful and long views facing south.
The garden is completely fenced, it has dozens of fruit trees all very well cared for and well-defined areas for cultivation.
The garden also has an annex for chicken coop and other animals. However, it has been used, by the current owners, for collections because they only use the house for holidays.
As previously mentioned, the house is only 3.5klm far from the beautiful Pessegueiro River Beach. However, there are several River Beaches close by. Such as Praia Fluvial de Alvares, (now with new restaurant, Bar and Spa), Pampilhosa da Serra river beach.
Close to the house there is one public Tenis Court and 2 water streams....
